Backoffice is part of a new and unique marketing channel that helps you establish new customer relationships and expand existing ones. It is a simple web-based application that enables you to advertise your services and products on the desktop of thousands of researchers and communicate directly with potential customers.  From one central hub you can create service and product advertisements, respond to information and quote requests, design custom studies, process orders and much more. 

                                       

There are four easy ways to get information on how to use the Backoffice:

 

1.  Read the Backoffice Guide for Vendors (backoffice.assaydepot.com/guide), a 4-page summary of most Backoffice capabilities.  Some Backoffice features require a premium vendor account.

About Backoffice:   Browse general info, video instructions, FAQs and quote templates

Your Services:          Create and edit service and product ads (PREMIUM FEATURE)

Your Quotes:            Communicate with customers and submit price quotes and data reports

Your Orders:            Receive and manage orders (PREMIUM FEATURE)

Your Company:        Enter company contact information and company profile

Your Profile:             Change your password

 

2.  Browse the How-To-Videos, FAQ and Templates that are located at backoffice.assaydepot.com/about.  A complete transcript of each video is also included.

 

3.  Click on any of the blue “Help” links located throughout the Backoffice.  This will open a text box containing instructions or it will bring you directly to the appropriate instructional video.
