    Job Description
    Half-time to full-time San Diego-based employee or consultant whose main responsibility will be to oversee and manage multiple pharmaceutical research marketplaces. This involves running weekly client meetings to discuss and coordinate marketplace construction, testing, rollout, communications, upgrades, training, integrations and reporting. The position requires strong communication skills, patience and the ability to ‘herd cats’.

    We are looking for a Ruby developer with experience in application development, cloud deployment and infrastructure automation. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated and have a passion for building beautiful, simple applications with cutting-edge technology. We are looking for an experienced engineer with broad technical knowledge and a preference for small, nimble teams. The job is equal parts new feature development, maintenance of existing features and integration with enterprise systems.
    Job Responsibilities
    • Identify gaps in functionality and user expectations as well as designing the features that could fill those gaps. • Identifying superfluous or obsolete functionality and removing it from the code base. • Refactoring existing features and functionality into its simplest form (and no simpler). • Managing the code from development all the way through running in production. • Integrating with enterprise clients, including communicating with our enterprise customers, configuring existing integrations and developing new integrations. Existing integrations include SAML and Ariba.

  • UX Engineer

    Job Description
    Part-time or full-time employee or consultant whose main responsibility will be to build new interfaces and redesign existing pages using HTML, CSS and Javascript in a Ruby on Rails app. The ideal candidate would be able to redesign and build entire user flows, from designing pages and layouts to identifying missing or superfluous pages and fields all the way through modifying and building controllers and models.
    Job Responsibilities
    • Identify user expectations and how they map to our product. • Craft and simplify individual features and user flows within the product. • Implement new features and flows either by creating the features from scratch or modifying existing features in a large and evolving Ruby on Rails application. • Design beautiful pages so features and flows are presented in the best light.
