DIANA RIOS OURTHIAGUE, PhD

SVP, CUSTOMER SUCCESS

Diana was born and raised in Sacramento, CA but now resides in San Diego with her husband, daughter and two dogs. Her love for science was sparked by an Intro to Physiology class in high school in which she dissected a whole cat. Seeing how all the parts of the body work together and then later learning how these same functions happen at the molecular level got Diana hooked on science. In 2014, after completing her PhD in Biochemistry from UC San Diego, Diana decided to combine her scientific curiosity with an eagerness to try something new and joined Scientist.com to build out its account management operations, now known as Customer Success.
