The Fishawack Health name now sits inside Avalere Health, a group headquartered at the Featherstone Building on City Road in London, with people in Manchester, New York, Washington DC and, after a recent expansion, Japan. Work is arranged into three practices. Advisory takes on health policy, coverage and reimbursement, evidence and value gap analysis, economic modeling and simulation, buy-side and sell-side due diligence, primary research with payers and key opinion leaders, and brand directors embedded in client teams for short or long assignments. Medical covers publication strategy and delivery, integrated evidence generation, stakeholder identification and mapping, promotional and non-promotional medical education, congress and meeting logistics, and generative AI tooling for content. A proprietary framework called SenseMaking is used to line those strands up, and the Every Patient Possible mission shapes outputs such as the Within Reach oncology anthology.
