Pre-validated panels are sold under the MasterKey, InoKey, NeuroKey-3 and FibroKey names, with custom panels designed and validated to a sponsor's own specifications, including for regulatory submission. Routine LC-MS assays multiplex more than 50 fully calibrated biomarkers in a single run, while immunoprecipitation mass spectrometry combines antibody enrichment with LC-MS specificity to reach picogram per milliliter quantification in a ten-minute run. Unbiased data-independent acquisition screens are offered when the biomarkers are not yet known. Reported performance includes coefficients of variation below 10 percent and a linear dynamic range spanning six orders of magnitude, in plasma, serum, cerebrospinal fluid, urine, FFPE tissue and cell lysates. Studies span neurology, fibrosis, oncology, cardiovascular and infectious disease. Samples are analyzed in CLIA-certified, FDA-inspected laboratories in the United States and GCP/GLP-certified laboratories in the United Kingdom, with results returned in about two months for pre-validated panels and three to four months for custom assays.
