Following the combination of Invicro and Calyx, this work now runs as Perceptive Discovery, which reports eight global laboratories, two early-phase clinics, 15 years of experience and more than 3,000 studies supported. Preclinical facilities sit inside academic hospitals, including the Barts Cancer Institute at Queen Mary University of London and the Burlington Danes building at Imperial College London's Hammersmith Hospital, with global laboratory headquarters in Needham, Massachusetts and further offices in Tokyo. Beyond acquisition and analysis, the group runs radiochemistry, tracer management and distribution, radioligand binding assays and biodistribution studies, and licenses VivoQuant, its own software for multimodal co-registration, automated segmentation and region-of-interest quantification of PET, SPECT, CT, MRI and optical data. Program focus falls on radioligand therapy and theranostics, oncology, CNS and rare disease, from preclinical work through first-in-human studies.
