Four laboratories carry the workload, in Kansas City, Philadelphia, Lyon in France and Melbourne in Australia, with spectral flow cytometry harmonized across the US, EU and Australian sites so results can be compared between them. The platform list is named openly and includes Meso Scale Discovery, Luminex, NULISA on the Argo HT, ELISA and ELISpot, Lumipulse G, quantitative and droplet digital PCR, LC-UV-Vis and fluorescence detection, and both conventional and hybrid LC-MS/MS. Service lines separate pharmacokinetics from pharmacodynamics and biomarker testing, and reach past bioanalysis into dose formulation analysis and central laboratory work such as sample kitting. Documented therapeutic experience covers oncology, neurology, ophthalmology, renal, respiratory, metabolic, infectious disease, dermatology, cardiovascular, gastrointestinal, allergy and immunology, rare disease, and inflammation and pain. The organization has been running bioanalytical programs for more than 45 years.
