Registered as MarksMan Healthcare Communications, the firm works from an office in Hyderabad, Telangana and a second at the Singapore Business Federation Center, and was founded by Dr Amit Dang. Projects usually open with a gap analysis that sets PICOS criteria and a registered review protocol before database and grey-literature searching, screening, extraction and quality assessment. Statisticians handle direct and indirect treatment comparisons, network meta-analysis and both Bayesian and frequentist methods, working in R, Stata, SPSS, WinBUGS and RevMan. Economic modelling covers decision tree, Markov and partitioned survival structures with cost-effectiveness, cost-utility, cost-benefit and budget impact analyses, adapted country by country. Other teams cover real-world evidence, medical affairs, competitive intelligence and advanced analytics, and clinical evaluation plans and reports for medical devices are prepared in line with MEDDEV 2.7/1. Training runs through MarksMan Academy, including an HEOR certification and a course on AI for medical writing.
