Since then, PRMA Consulting has grown from a small family-owned company based in Fleet in the UK, run from a home office, to an international organization employing approximately 100 people, with offices all over the world – but family values and the original vision are still the cornerstones of the company.

In 2006, David Sykes founded PRMA Consulting; his vision was to create an independent, specialist consultancy that would partner with pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies to bring faster patient access to therapies that improve health outcomes.
