Eberhart Zrenner
Eberhart Zrenner is Professor of Ophthalmology at the Institute for Ophthalmic Research at the Centre for Ophthalmology of the University of Tuebingen, Germany. His research interests include: retinal physiology and pathophysiology, neuro-ophthalmology, ophthalmogenetics, and retinal prosthesis.

Constance Cepko
Constance Cepko, PhD is Bullard Professor of Genetics and Neuroscience at Harvard Medical School and a Howard Hughes Medical Institute Investigator. The Cepko lab investigates why photoreceptor cells die in the many forms of retinal degeneration, and seeks to develop a gene therapy that prevents their death and the subsequent loss of vision.

Miikka Terho
Miikka Terho has worked as a lecturer in finance and marketing in various academic institutions. Since 2008, he has participated as a patient in clinical trials at the University of Tübingen and Retina Implant AG.
