Dr. Wenji Su earned her BSc from HKUST and PhD in Biochemistry, Cell, and Developmental Biology from Emory University. She worked at GSK before joining WuXi AppTec in 2017. Currently, she heads WuXi Biology's Early Discovery Platform, providing comprehensive early-stage drug discovery services and developing solutions for novel modality discoveries.

Director, Head of Target Discovery and Validation & Peptide Discovery Platform

Dr. Zhongyao Ma earned his bachelor’s in Biology from Shanghai Jiao Tong University and a Ph.D. in Genetics and Developmental Biology from the University of Georgia. In 2021, he joined WuXi AppTec's China R&D Center, now focusing on expanding DNA Encoded Library (DEL) technology, and leading peptide discovery and target science platforms.

Dr. Andy Ng is Director of Oligonucleotide Drug Discovery at WuXi AppTec, focusing on accelerating oligo drug development. He spent 8 years as Director of Preclinical Studies at a biotech firm in Singapore/USA, developing RNA-targeted ASO and small molecules. He earned his Ph.D. in Synthetic Biology from Columbia University and trained at A*STAR.
