Join us for an online session to discover the capabilities of functional ultrasound (fUS) with the Iconeus One system.
This session will showcase its applications in neuroscience, including task-induced activation mapping, resting-state functional connectivity, and in vivo dynamic angiography. We will also cover Ultrasound Localization Microscopy (ULM), a technique that provides super-resolution vascular imaging at the micrometer scale. Its ability to visualize the brain vasculature at 10 µm will be demonstrated, highlighting its impact on neuroscience research..
The session will also present the full workflow, from data acquisition to advanced processing and visualization using our integrated software suite.
It will conclude with a live Q&A, giving you the opportunity to interact directly with our experts.
Presenters

Pia Pelaez
Pia holds a degree in psychology and neuroscience from McGill University. She went on to complete a Master’s in Clinical Neuroscience at UCL, expanding her knowledge of brain function and neurological disorders.
Since joining Iconeus in 2023, Pia has been working as a Scientific Application Specialist, where she plays a key role in supporting researchers worldwide, whether it be for technical training or scientific support, she conducts demonstrations of the system, and ensures effective use of the functional ultrasound technology.

Sara Romanzi
In 2023, wanting to try out some different imaging modalities, she joined Iconeus, where her role is now to convince other scientists to try fUS for a different perspective on brain imaging!
