EverGreen mRNA - 6X Brighter than EGFP

Messenger Bio’s EverGreen TM Fluorescent Protein mRNA , a delicately engineered mRNA that is 4-6 times brighter and almost 2x more photostable than an already optimized EGFP mRNA. They developed EverGreen TM mRNA by fine tuning the key determinants of EGFP mRNA expression, including the 5’ and 3’ UTRs as well as the protein-coding region itself. EverGreen TM mRNA includes a Cap1 structure (biologically superior to Cap0), a highly expressing 5’ UTR and highly stable 3’ UTR, a 100-nt poly(A) tail, and a codon-optimized open reading frame. Choose from unmodified or modified (N1-methylpseudouridine or 5-methoxyuridine) bases. Both types of modified bases have been shown to enhance protein expression in vitro and in vivo.

6x brighter and 70% more photostable

The robust purification process removes dsRNA contaminants and other reaction components, generating highly pure mRNA that is capable of inducing very high levels of protein expression in diverse cell types, while causing minimal cellular innate immune activation (virtually undetectable).
